ABOUT Brenda
I was born in France and started my professional life as a humanitarian aid worker.
I was fortunate to have a job that allowed me to travel the world and meet people from different cultures, significantly enriching my perspective on life.
In 2007, I was sent to China on a 1-year long mission. It was both extraordinary and challenging at the same time. I was working under an unbearable amount of pressure, and during this year I could feel that my body was suffering. At this time, I was completely disconnected from my body and was unaware of my inner needs. At the end of my mission, my health was deteriorating and I was diagnosed with an auto-immune thyroid condition, Hashimoto thyroiditis.

I was experiencing heavy symptoms that remained unseen, tearing my mind and body apart.
The first diagnosis I was given was:
“You will be under medication for the rest of your life. As time goes on, the medication dosage will need to be increased, and your body may continue to attack your thyroid, potentially leading to its destruction and a shorter lifespan.”
I was 28 years old, and these words provoked a total inner collapse and installed a program inside myself.
I would start defining myself as an ill person, a victim of life, and of myself, since even my own body had turned against me. I spent years in survival mode, under the only medication available in France for thyroid patients that was giving me horrible side effects.

I had lost all hope until I stumbled upon a book that would change my life.
The Presence Process by Michael Brown. The teachings and breathing techniques presented in the book installed a new program in me: the healing is possible.
I embarked on a quest that would become my life purpose: to heal myself. I found out that the solution and the power had always been inside of me, waiting patiently for me to reach out.

I also found out that there will never be an external magic outside of me that I could apply.
Our body, our Inner Healer knows the way to healing and to thriving. We simply lost the connection with this eternal part of us, but there is a way back to ourselves. It involves detoxifying our physical and emotional bodies, and reprogramming our psyche. The good news is, it’s not that hard. It only requires commitment.
And once we embark on this journey with both our heart and will, synchronicities start to happen and the path unfold miraculously under our feet.

This disease was the best gift that has been given to me. Without it, I would have spent my life as a shadow of myself.
By turning inward and finding my strength and power, I could change my life and start aligning it with the highest vision I had for myself.
It is my profound joy to share the meditation and breathing techniques that I have learned over the years, help you experience the power of your breath, and guide you in finding the path to your Inner Healer.
