WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
Transformational Breath® is not a meditation or a passive relaxation practice. It is an active breathing technique that helps you access the healing power of your breath. One of my goals is not only to guide you through a powerful experience during our sessions, but also to help you develop a relationship with your own breath so you can continue using this simple and transformative tool in your daily life. The breath is always available to you, and learning how to work with it can become a valuable support for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Each session begins with a conversation about what is happening in your life and what you would like support with. Whether you are experiencing stress, emotional challenges, physical symptoms, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we will explore your intentions and create a safe space for your journey. You will then be guided through a conscious breathing practice while lying comfortably with your eyes closed.

Throughout the session, I gently support your process using breath coaching, body awareness techniques, affirmations, sound, and verbal guidance when appropriate. Everything is offered with respect for your pace and comfort. Each experience is unique. Some people feel deep relaxation, others experience emotional release, insight, renewed energy, or a profound sense of connection with themselves.
We finish with a period of integration, allowing you to absorb the experience and reflect on what emerged. There is always time afterward to discuss your experience, ask questions, and receive guidance on how to continue supporting your well-being between sessions.
Sessions last approximately 90 minutes. No previous experience with breathwork or meditation is required.
