I am a licensed Reiki, Energy and Sound/Color healer. During my sessions, I blend Energy, Sound and Color healing with intuitive guidance.

Essentially, I use my hands and my voice to tune into the frequency available for you and bridge it into your field. I have other music instruments and light tools that I may use during the session if I feel guided to.

Rather that following a set script, the session flows from what is available in your field and ready to be worked on and processed, at that moment, with guidance from our higher-selves. My body is just a clear conduit through which the frequencies flow and through which patterns and geometries are revealed to me for you.

We will start where you are in your life.

We may work on gently dissolving dense pockets of energy from past experiences or trauma to help you let go of what’s been weighing you down so you can feel lighter and less reactive to people and situations.

We may work on rebalancing your nervous system so that you can shift away from fight-or-flight mode, feeling relax and safe.

We may work on rebalancing masculine and feminine energies within your field so that we can address the wounded masculine and feminine that have been shaping your relationships.

We may work on rebalancing the Chakras and their interconnection with one another, allowing energy to flow freely throughout your body so you can experience vitality, balance, and inner alignment.

We may work on the reintegration of aspects of yourself, identities formed through many experiences, many lifetimes, so you can feel more whole, centered and fully present here and now.

We may work on activating the sacred geometry of your light body within the physical vessel so that you can shine your unique light to the world,

 

...or whatever is most supportive for you in that moment.

 

 All of these are steps for true mind-body-spirit healing.
