    The Truth About Healing: A Journey Back To Your True Self

    Healing isn’t a quick fix. It is a journey of self-discovery, emotional release, and inner transformation.


    Sometimes, progress feels slow.

    Sometimes, healing feels like peeling an onion: the deeper we go, the more we uncover, release, and bring into the light.


    You may feel like you’ve healed something completely… only to face the same pattern again later, hidden in a deeper layer.


    Yes, each time it becomes more subtle.

    But it can still feel frustrating or discouraging.


    So here is one Truth about Healing:

     

    There Is No Finish Line, But There Is Freedom 

    From my experience, healing is an ongoing process.

    However, there comes a point where everything begins to shift.


    As you release trapped emotions, reprogram limiting beliefs, and support your body through aligned practices (nutrition, movement, rest, meditation…), you start stepping into your inner power.


    This doesn’t mean life becomes “perfect”.

    But it means you gain the tools to:


    • Feel emotions without being overwhelmed

    • Understand what lies beneath your patterns

    • Release what no longer serves you

    • Move forward with clarity and confidence


    👉 This is where true healing becomes empowerment.

     

     

    Nobody Is Going to Heal You

    One of the biggest misconceptions about Healing is the idea that someone can “fix” you.

    Healing doesn’t work that way.


    In the context of Energy Healing, a skilled practitioner will:


    • Hold space for you

    • Guide you

    • Help channel intuitive insight and healing energy specifically for you


    But they will not do the work for you.

    Actually, you are the main actor in your healing journey!


    👉Self-healing requires presence, commitment, consistency, and willingness to feel.

    That said, having the right Energy Healer by your side can make a profound difference.

     

    How to choose the right Energy Healer

    Trust your intuition.

    If something feels off, if you don’t feel safe or aligned with the practitioner’s energy, walk away.

    Your energy field is sacred.


    You should only allow someone into that space if you feel:


    • Safe

    • Comfortable

    • Respected

    • Seen and supported


    In everyday life, we sometimes interact with people we don’t fully trust, but we manage through boundaries.


    In an Energy Healing session, it’s different. You are opening your energetic field.

    Healing doesn’t stop when the session ends.


    In my sessions, I often receive intuitive guidance on what clients can do between sessions to continue their healing process.

    I call these home practices.

    These may include:


    • Grounding practices

    • Emotional awareness exercises

    • Small lifestyle adjustments

    • Direct suggestions such as dancing, writing a book, or walking in the forest by a river (yes, that specific!).

    In-Person or Remote: Energy Healing Meets You Where You Are

    Whether you are receiving in-person or remote Energy Healing, the most important element is your openness and intention.


    Healing is not about becoming someone else.
