Our relationship to food is often a mirror of the relationship we have with ourselves.

Our guts serve as a gateway not only for nutrients but also for toxins that can compromise our physical and spiritual health. By maintaining a healthy relationship with food and implementing detoxification practices, we create an environment conducive to receiving our intuition. Clean guts facilitate the removal of physical and energy parasites and harmful substances, clearing the path for intuitive insights. It's also a virtuous circle, as the quality of our dietary choices influences our emotional balance. The realms of matter and energy are deeply interconnected, and toxins in our food reflect as toxins in our emotional body and belief system, and vice-versa.
